SIMS players? It looks like I have to re-install my Sims game...

cause it is shutting down when it starts to load up.

Ok, so do I have to install ALL of them? or just the original or the last one, (unleashed was the last one)...

And will I lose all my cool downloads, like furniture, etc?

1. You shouldn't lose all your downloads

As they are loaded in a directory that won't be overwritten when you reinstall.

But you could always back them up.

2. Wow, that's a bummer

Save your favorite houses and families by uploading them to SIMS site. Or can you even get that far?
If not I am afraid that you will lose everything not on the CD. Unless you are able to find a separate download on your computer file that contains your favorites.

3. I would backup...

...your userdata folders and the folder that says downloads. if you've added walls and floors etc. you'll also want to save the gamedata folder.
