19. INFP as well...
Somewhere, I have a great description of it. I'll have to look for that. It was almost dead-on for me, which I thought was pretty neat!

2. I've taken bunches of these tests and I'm always ENFP (m)
I wonder if we tend to have particular personality types here at DU?

3. Now that is cool.
I've gone from an INTJ, 8 years ago when I took this in high school to an ENTJ now.

5. INTP here ...
lots of INTP's on DU ...

fwiw, i tested 100% "N" and 100% "P" ... i question everything ("question authority") and have no use for traditions and institutions that are supposed to dictate my conduct ...

you can NEVER arrive at an answer to a question ... there are always more questions ... "J"'s look for closure because they get tired or bored looking for solutions ... "P"'s are often accused of "paralysis thru analysis" ...

I'd be surprised if there were very many "S"'s on DU ... "S"'s seem to accept the status quo ... they have faith in institutions ... they value traditions and often see "N"'s as pointlessly rebellious ... "N"'s often are seeking something better than the established institutions ...

7. That's an interesting theory
There do seem to be a lot of Ns here. I've taken a few of these tests and they always come out as INFP.

6. This was very interesting.
It was also dead on for me at this current state, and most likely my usual state. INFP. I usually do not take these tests but this one was very interesting. Thanks.

The INFP is known as the "HEALER." I like that. And this is my favorite line... "They care deeply-indeed, passionately-about a few special persons or a favorite cause, and their fervent aim is to bring peace and integrity to their loved ones and the world."

Brightest Blessings!

18. INFP here
Seems about right:

Healer Idealists are abstract in thought and speech, cooperative in striving for their ends, and informative and introverted in their interpersonal relations. Healer present a seemingly tranquil, and noticiably pleasant face to the world, and though to all appearances they might seem reserved, and even shy, on the inside they are anything but reserved, having a capacity for caring not always found in other types. They care deeply-indeed, passionately-about a few special persons or a favorite cause, and their fervent aim is to bring peace and integrity to their loved ones and the world.

Healers have a profound sense of idealism derived from a strong personal morality, and they conceive of the world as an ethical, honorable place. Indeed, to understand Healers, we must understand their idealism as almost boundless and selfless, inspiring them to make extraordinary sacrifices for someone or something they believe in. The Healer is the Prince or Princess of fairytale, the King's Champion or Defender of the Faith, like Sir Galahad or Joan of Arc. Healers are found in only 1 percent of the general population, although, at times, their idealism leaves them feeling even more isolated from the rest of humanity.
