Egyptian Mohammed Hussein Heikal has three feet — considering that each of his feet is a foot and a half (45.5 centimeters) long — and is about to get his first pair of shoes at the age of 51.

6. At aged 51, he is pretty long lived-- many "giants" don't live as long....

since there are a number of genetic syndromes, including "Marfan" that are more common among those with gigantism and which have detrimental cardiac effects.
