D.C. area classical music-lovers:
This Sunday, at 5:30 pm, I'm playing in a piano quartet recital in College Park, MD. We'll be performing works by Schumann and Faure.
The admission cost is a free-will donation which will benefit a local school.

If you're interested, send me a message, and I'll give you more details. :nopity:

4. Oh no! Don't say that... I'm hoping she stays east...
And I have a special visitor this weekend, so if Jeanne shows up at my door, it will really put a cramp in our plans. Someday soon though... :toast:

13. Wish you were in Connecticut!
Schumann is one of my main guys, and my only recording of Faure's piano quartets is incompetent and barely listenable, which is certainly not my general experience of him.

My neighborhood association meeting (held in a commercial site that is an acoustical nightmare) will be letting out about then, and I'll be desperate for some tunes.
