Back in my "irresponsible" days. I remember once taking just TWO Vicodins, drinking a shitload of Bourbon, and waking up sometime later, realizing that all five of my housemates were trying to carry me up a flight of stairs (I was about 300 lbs back then).

I know people who went into liver failure by taking too many at a time all the time!

The standard dose is usually 1-2 tabs 5/500mg every 4-6 hours or 1 7.5/750mg every 6 hours. Taking 4 at a time is way too much!
