How do you deal with an idiot friend.

I was at a restaurant with my two friends, one is an incouragable pig. He kept leering at the waitresses until I finally said "Would you knock it off, you're fucking embarrasing us?" My other friend agreed and then the guy goes off on a tangent "Don't tell me what to do...blah blah blah."

I was so fucking pissed, this fuck has no class and it's completely embarrasing to me. I almost left the table.
Later on I asked him how this girl was doing cause I hadn't seen her in a long time, she's the sister of a dead friend. All he has to say is "Oh man, she's gotten so hot recently!"
SO I said "Whatever, how she doing, like her job and stuff?"
Again he says "No, jer I'm serious she's just smokin'"
Drives me fucking nuts.

It's completely stupid, you'll be talking to someone, some girl will walk by, he'll nudge who you're talking to and talk over you "wow look at her"

It's fucking irritating.

But I can't just not hangout with him because he's in my circle.

When I was in high school we had a "friend" who drove everyone nuts. But each of us thought that she was someone else's friend. Finally, one day, we all realized that no one could stand her. She was rude, embarrassing, crass in public, you name it. Anyway, you might be surprised - I doubt you're the only one who feels this way.

He may grow out of it, also you could help nudge him out of it. Maybe you and your friend can mention it to him? If he's receptive, then you have something to work with. There's nothing wrong with admiring a fine looking woman, but rudness is uncalled for. Also, no man has EVER convinced a woman to sleep with him by belittling her. Maybe you can point out these things. A good sign of maturity is recognizing one's shortcomings,(whether pointed out by a friend,or self introspection) and trying to correct them. One more thing: it's NEVER a good idea to harrass wait staff BEFORE they bring the food !!!! We WILL spit in your eggs !
