Help on AllofMP3Explorer

I know its something insanely obvious but i just can't seem to download songs on the explorer. I select the album to download, up pops the screen asking which format i want the song in (mp3 WMA etc.) i choose, then a screen appears asking me what quality i want out of the 3 options. i click on the relavent kbps but nothing happens, theres no way to confirm the selection and nothing appears in the "MYDownloads" section.

I tried tech support but they were pretty unhelpful. I really want my $0.80 albums :(:(:(

So any help would be appreciated even if it's pointing out the stupid mistake/s i have made :)

did you download their program? You need it to download the songs/albums.

I downloaded the program, its that I'm having trouble with, just cannot seem to get past selecting the quality of the song. But I suck when it comes to PCs.
