Something about round, crispy potato chunks just really seems almost hedonistic. Oh, how they sizzle when they cook!

1. I, too, feel the love for tater tots

Of course, I also think they're best with chicken wings.

What is it about them? Why are they superior to so many similar products, like french fries or hash browns? My personal theory is that they remind me of elementary school (I eat instant mashed potatoes for the same reason).

What are those potato things that are like tater tots cliced into thirds? "Golden crowns" or something like that?

It's nice to know that people at DU can have a serious discussion about serious topics.
