I hate Paul McCartney ...
I never saw what the big deal about him was ... He would be nothing without John Lennon , Ringo Starr and George Harrison . And I hate how everyone calls him " SIR " . As if the Queen will actually call him when London burns again ... I doubt if she will even call her own sons ...

End of rant : you throw your boots at me now ...

1. Good point.
Subtract 'Maybe I'm Amazed', 'Jet' and 'Rockshow' and there's nothing else there.

2. Well...Paul did write one of the most beautiful songs
ever, Yesterday. And he was Knighted by the Queen so he should be called Sir (just as Jamie Lee Curtis should really be called Lady Jamie Lee Curtis as she is married to a Lord).

5. But Jamie Lee Curtis's husband is really a " Lord "
in the sense that its family not in the sense of celebrity .

the love you make.

And Macca has done a lot to make the world a better place. . . .

(sorry, late to the hilarious "I hate XXX" lounge threads, but I'll leave my post anyway)

7. 'Paperback Writer' is all I have to point out here
McCartney had an awesome knack for a catchy melody, a great voice, and lots of taste. Each one has atrophied considerably, but he was truly great as a Beatle.
