The neighbor boy ( I refuse to call him a man even if he is actually 18 ) ( he is the most ignorassant of a person I have seen outside of Dubya ) across the street just threatened to take my Kerry / Edwards sign out of our yard while I am sleeping . It all started while I was checking my mail then the threat came .Complete words from the idiot bastard ( who mind you dropped out of school in the FIFTH GRADE - someone dumber than Dubya ) :

Don't go to sleep tonight because I am gonna blow up your yard with your Kerry signs . Kerry aint s#@! Bush is the man with the plan ! Yeah ! Bush ! I don't wanna see any gotdarn Kerry/Edwards in this country ! Bastards don't speak for me ... " ... How much more Redneck can you get . I just looked at him like " how dare you threaten me like that ? " I am taking this seriously because this guy does not have it all in the head . This guy seriously scares me . Its to the point where I don't even go outside when I am home alone because everytime I come out of my house , he comes on his front porch and stares me down . Crazy bastard ... argh . I am putting sandbags around my Kerry/Edwards sign in my yard before I go to bed . Even if he takes my sign , I am still voting for Kerry/Edwards . :shrug:

I don't want to give all of his family's info out but they get federal assistance , they don't have a car ( sometimes we take them to the grocery store when it rains ) and the mother works 2 jobs to make ends meet - and they are still BUSH SUPPORTERS . Bush is not for them ! I am not even thinking about converting them , its a lost cause . And now their son has started war with me ... A female . WTF ?

This guy is threatening you and your property. He's going to "blow up your yard"? What the hell does that mean? Was he drunk? Call the cops and tell them you feel very threatened by his behavior. Do they rent? If so, the cops will probably report their call to the landlord. You also might try talking to the mother. Even though she has 2 jobs (bush's economy!) she is still responsible for people living in her house. Let her know that if ANYTHING happens to your yard or lawn sign the cops will be on her son asap.

Those Kerry/Edwards signs are metal framed, an excellent eletrical conductor. And 120 voltage(normal household voltage) normally doesn't kill people(though it is amazing how well the morning dew helps ground out a circuit). And I'm going to assume that your sign is within fifty feet of an electrical outlet.

Seriously though, you should probably call the cops on this fool. Even if he doesn't do anything right away, sooner or later this dumbass will go off on you, I know, I've dealt with this type before. Of course I'm 6'5 and 260 non fat pounds. If the cops have a history on this guy, they will be more likely to pull his ass in when he does go off.

Also, if this fellow rents, you might want to contact his landlord. Some states and cities have laws regarding landlords who rent to criminal tenants. Laws were mainly designed to cut down on crack houses, but hey, the law usually doesn't specify, simply stating "criminal activity" Threaten the landlord with the law and BlusterBoy could find his ass out on the street real quick like.
