Where do I find instructions on altering my text color/style/blah blah?

I asked this question before and people were like, "Oh, just go to the meeting room." I did and got nuthin lol

Anyone care to enlighten me?

on HTML skills. I think that's where you can find instructions. I haven't checked it out, but I am pretty sure that's what they mean.
