lmao, Made an ass out of myself today
I'm an aide in 4th period and today I went to a little staff room to put paper into the copier to load in some paper as I was directed. Anyway, I get there and (much to my pleasure) a very gorgeous girl I have gone a little head over heels for in the last couple of weeks is in there. Anyway, She needs to find the printer as she is printing out a paper for her teacher and I lead her to it, unlock the door and hold it open for her (that was my last good move)

She grabs the page, I put my paper into the copier and we walk out (the door locks automatically and I dont have the key) just as I begin to close the door she realizes she's only got 1 page

"Oh wait!" SLAM!...Too late. She gives me this dejected look and I feel like an idiot and manage too spit out "I guees its locked" (my hand is on the door and I already know its locked, so now I'm clumsy and incompetent) she nods and I begin to move with my little trolley to the office to get the key, she does the same thing and I ram into her with the large trolley. I'm laughing at myself (although I dont think she thought I was laughing at me) and just say "Well now that I have completely humiliated myself, I'll go get the key"

So am I a smooth operator or what!?

3. The odd thing is, I'm not a clumsy person
and normally do fine around girls that I like! I guess there is an exception to every rule. Funniest Part is my best bud saw the whole thing happen! It'll be awhile before I can live this down...

I must admit, It WAS quite funny though.

4. I bet she found it charming. No kidding.
Glad you can laugh at yourself. I bet she is, too.

6. I don't think so, but hey, Anythings possible!
I can only hope. I sit behind her in 2nd Period so I guess I am just going to have to play a little catchup. Maybe my charm will surface then :+ (the clown nose seemed oddly appropriate)

5. Here's Bobby Fischer winning with a knight pawn to b4 opening
http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1044197

Similar to your situation, it's called an "Orangutan opening". Notice black continues to commit resources to the queen's side, which allows a relatively standard-looking development of lines of attack and coverage to occur a little later in the game along the usual center columns.

Two points:

1. If you show some confidence, you should be able to develop the game. It is not at all bad to have someone off guard.
2. Don't become a raving, antisemitic lunatic, lest your public life end in some strange land groveling for asylum.
