16. "I don't want no dilapidated, pigeon-toed, cross-eyed, bow-legged son-of-a
-gun messin' with me"

Love that movie, but I have to vote for Trouble Man.

21. Ya' see
They don't call him the human tornado because he can whip some ass. They call him the human tornado because he is such a powerful and potent lover that he shakes the house down around him.

3. Shaft! A great song.
The worst one I ever heard was the theme from "Coffey". I thought "Is that for real?" the first time I heard it.

23. You should see "Dolemite II: The Human Tornado" or "Disco Godfather"

You might like those better than the original Dolemite.

"Petey Wheatstraw" is another good one by him.

For me, it's Trouble Man but I went with 110th Street.

14. About Live And Let Die or Shaft?
 :-)

(Kidding about LALD, but it's still a lively, energetic song despite the depressing lyrics...)

Sir Isaac Hayes...Hot Buttered Soul...
I liked Superfly, but it seemed to have several derivative elements from "Shaft".

Actually I like Theme From Shaft a little better since I was in a band that used to play it. However I'm surprised you left out "Fred is Dead"

24. Love Shaft, but I went with Superfly, partly out of nostalgia.
When I was in high school, we were always listening to Superfly, Freddie's Dead, and I'm Your Pusher. Love those songs.
