The lowly Mariners are plunging a dagger
into the Anaheim Angels playoff chances.

This makes me feel good. When I was in school there was a terribly obnoxious Angels fan who used to sit behind me... Man, I hated that guy. I hope he's watching and suffering.

My apologies to Angel fan DUers though

...as a Dodger fan, too, I can relate. My brother went to Candlestick to see the Dodgers play the Giants. They were wearing LA hats and had food, drinks, and batteries thrown at them. They finally left the stadium to save their own necks. Now I actively root against the Giants, no matter who they play.

Sorry Giant fan DU'ers, but if you've ever been in the old outfield seats at the 'Stick, you probably know what I mean.

obviously I'm cheering for the Mariners. And the Spanks lost tonight too.

I actually like the Anaheim Angels, except when we're in the Wild Card race with them.
