I was born with some hardwired singing gene that makes me hum or sing along with it if I know it, regardless of whether I want to or not. Makes grocery shopping particularly humiliating, and also makes it *that* much harder to get it out of my brain later.

4. It's truly embarassing

I find myself singing along and have to consciously shut myself up. Even worse, I'll usually be smiling too, then I'll suddenly remember... wait, I hate this!

Oh, the shame.
