The "All your ____ are belong to ______" is a reference to an old Sega Genesis game called Zero Wing that had what is quite possibly the worst English translation of any Japanese video game to date (and that's saying something). "All your base are belong to us" is a quote from the opening cutscene and was just a tiny inside joke among gamers until somebody did a Flash animation about it and it blew up the Internet.
