In light of the fact that the world changed after 911 and our economy suffered as a result of an attack on the people of the United States. The cost of this war has to be borne by the American taxpayer ...

I would like to suggest that our country which has paid the highest cost along with the U.K. and the others who truly bore a cost in this liberation be compensated for it's expenses and losses by the free independent liberated country of Iraq. Not to their financial detriment but to our mutual benefit. This could be accomplished with the presentation of a bill of particulars and repayment in the form of an oil purchase discount. 

To avoid any political charges of being in bed with big oil, I offer the services of my small business. We would serve as a bill through company purchasing from the Iraqi National Oil Company for the discounted price to be passed on entirely at the same price to all big oil company purchasers.

for the war . . . hmmm, wasn't that kind of a key sticking point in the funding for reconstruction? What's the difference between the initial version of the bill that made part of the reconstruction money a loan to be paid back with oil revenues and this loon's "idea."

So is forcing native Americans to patrol the borders (i.e. use them as slave labor) his concept of "better treatment?"
