10. Gotta Go Motown
If it's pop, then "Dancing in the Streets" by Martha and the Vandellas.
If it's rock, how can you top "Mmmm Bop"?

David Murphy
Stuck in Oklahoma without a decent alternative radio station.

12. David, there's great radio online. >
Check out live365.com. Scads of stations in all different genres.

I'm listening to "Boot Liquor Radio" right now. Everything from Hank Williams to Drive By Truckers to Richard Thompson, commercial free!

11. "Unforgettable"
The first song Mrs. CO Liberal and I ever danced to...

* * * * * *

Unforgettable, that's what you are
Unforgettable though near or far
Like a song of love that clings to me
How the thought of you does things to me
Never before has someone been more

Unforgettable in every way
And forever more, that's how you'll stay
That's why, darling, it's incredible
That someone so unforgettable
Thinks that I am unforgettable too

(instrumental)

Unforgettable in every way
And forever more, that's how you'll stay
That's why, darling, it's incredible
That someone so unforgettable
Thinks that I am unforgettable too

13. Fat Man In The Bathtub
I'm also a big fan of Ripple, but there are more passionate Dead Heads I know who shake their heads and tell me there are better choices.

From more recent times, I really like "Real Love" by David Gray (off A New Day at Midnight) and "One Flight Down" by Norah Jones. On the opposite end of the spectrum, I still like "What I Got" by Sublime, and that was all over the radio 10 years ago.

A slightly more obscure choice is "Live A Long Time" by Rusted Root.
