who has an iPod mini/
provided the local stores have their shit together in 3 more weeks, I'm going to buy the silver iPod mini  How many DUers have one by chance?

Also--I did try out the 12 and 14 iBook, along with the 15 inch Powerbook yetserday. The 3 were prtty much even in spped--all were connected via WiFi, ad I streamed The Incredibles movie trailer. The 14 inch iBook was the nicest looking to me, have good audio for a laptop, and easy to carry around. To my surpise, the 12 inch iBook screen was goos, BUt after 10 minutes my eyea did sstrat too fel a litle strain from it. No such problem for the 14 inch iBook.

1. I went with the 20GB iPod.
The 15GB iPod wasn't much more expensive than the mini, and the 20GB wasn't that much more than the 15. I must say I love it!

3. The 20GB is now the old 15GB price - $299.
Really I'd get the 20GB now. Sure 4GB is a lot, but when you get 20GB you can get, by their metrics, 5000 songs on, which would probably be almost my whole CD collection. I think I've still only filled like half of it, but I passed 4GB pretty easily.

2. I have the 1.5 G 15" Powerbook and it is OK
Apples software apps suck but the OS is good and the powerbook is good.
