1. There's only one "meat" I'll eat...
Though a t-bone has less cholesterol (when broiled) than a porterhouse.

If you're gonna eat it, get it lean.

12. Prime beef rules.
It's healthy too, regardless of what people say. You have to have balance. There is nothing inherently wrong with eating beef.
