Pat's daddy was a senator back in the day... so was Prescott Bush... whose to say that Pat didn't know the Bushes all the way back to the 40's.... Maybe a little fornication with "Bar", and the Chimp was a result.

It would certainly explain why Pat is a much better supporter of Junior than he ever was Poppy - who he actually ran against himself!
