13. Just about any BareKnuckledLiberal post.

15. is that a diminished whole tone scale?
I think "super locrian" is the jazz/rock term for that scale but us classical nerds use diminshed whole tone. I've done a few jazz gigs, and, IIRC, that's the equivalent
