requirements, purpose, entity relationship diagrams, and some sql select statements, and the database.
I tried doing it on my photography which needs to be put into a database but realized my design was still off. So I just did the best I could to meet the requirements with what I had. I didn't grasp this totally. Or I wanted to do something a lot more complex.
I always feel like I am missing pieces. Everyone else who says they have no background seems to grasp and do a great design and build. Makes me wonder what I am missing or if it is just too hard. But I also got bored reading the books. Didn't get as involved as I do else where.
So it is not my best work but done. I just keep telling myself as I procrasinated all week - I had to hand something in. I had to finish. Not finishing is not an option.
I do this every quarter. I have to push myself to finish. I have this other voice saying - I don't get it, you aren't smart enough - this is too hard - then I put something together and get it in. This time though I don't think I met all the requirements
I really would like to know how to do it better. But can't stand a classroom. So as I keep moving on to the next thing - it will eventually all come together - but I am a perfectionist -
And I did finish and I did turn something in.
so it is a listing of my negatives with titles and my numbering system that I have used manually. I want to do so much more. There must be a way I can get this and truly develop a decent database. Just time consuming to enter over 1200 negatives and then go through and see what I have on hand and I would like to see what I have sold since I was selling pictures and framed work
I still have some work in the State house in Hartford connecticut
