What does everyone want for Christmas?
It's just 3 months away. :-)

Besides a change in the White House, I want the new Bose radio/CD player.

16. If I got that, the gift would last a lifetime.
I'd trade all my future Christmases for that.

It's just as an audio snob, I tend to cringe whenever I hear the name.

17. Bose is my idea of good audio.
But, admittedly, I'm ignorant when it comes to audio equipment. My bar is set pretty low. :-)

21. Well, it's time to raise the bar!
I hesitate to even post this response. I really don't mean any disrespect, but you can get way more for your money.

If it interests you at all, you can read about the 'WalMart' of audio here http://home.earthlink.net/~busenitz/bs.html

Or if you'd like to discuss it further outside this thread, you can email me. I'd be delighted to talk with you.

7. My Brother to Santa: Peace on Earth
I don't do X-mas anymore, but when we were little, my brother would ask for "peace on earth" when we'd sit on Santa's lap, thinking that Santa would be so impressed by his unselfishness that he would lavish on the toys.

He always got plenty of toys, but what about the Peace?

The Notorious L.A.Z. won't take getting dissed, woman, you know that!

I want some NC bbq, preferably delivered by NYYFan. And I want my daughter back, of course.

And I'm hopefully getting my bigass TV, a 48" Mitsubishi HDTV I've had my eye on for a while.
