1. For the first Hurricane...

that was supposed to hit the Tampa Bay area but actually hit south of it (I forget which one...too damn many to remember) he was sent to Tampa but it didn't even rain there. So when he was doing his report, he was sitting on a dock on a nice warm Florida evening...all he was missing was a drink with one of those little umbrellas in it. I found it very amusing
