3. Not just the polls, but the damn chat rooms
as well. It's like entering Nazi Germany or fascist Italy in the 1930's. They make Free Republic look like a Michael Moore rally.

The very first time I entered a discussion forum, it was right after the Columbia shuttle disaster last year and some neanderthal rednecks were insisting that it happened because of something the black astronaut did; because, in their genius reasoning, affirmative action had forced colleges to accept "naturally inferior" blacks and companies and agencies were forced to hire and promote "naturally inferior and much lower qualified" blacks who didn't have the abilities to do their duties and who brought disaster on everyone, etc., etc. And not enough posters were arguing with them.
