Whew boy! I just missed being feature on "matcom news"
Okay first of all the shootin' party we were supposed to go to got cancelled (we are canvassing today).

I had thread in Friday about fixing fallen car roof upholstery-I decided to go the spray adhesive route. There are two things I don't like messing with: electrical stuff and chemicals. From the warnings on the can this stuff seemed like the worst bio hazard (canned) I had ever heard of. Truth be told you can probably train a monkey to be more mechanically apt than I am (NOTE to brain:put down that wrench you really aren't going to achieve anything).

So I cut the hole and start doing the spraying (breathing mask and old sunglasses on) well I get some of the glue on my right hand so I am freaking out a bit when suddenly

My brain tells me I need to pee REALLY BAD

So I run over to the waterhose on the side of the apartment and wash off as well as I can then I run into the apartment and straight to the bathroom. Now I REALLY have to pee but first I grab the washcloth (now discarded) and the sliver of soap we have (on the grocery list now) and start washing furiously. I turned around and lift the lid and as careful as I can still don't touch anything with my right hand.

AaaaaaaaWwwwwwwwww

Whew that was close.

I added some tape (my wife busted out laughing we she saw the tape-I am a bit of a tape freak) and some thumbtacks (no map pins available) just to be safe. I seems to be holding up so far.

:bounce::thumbsup::bounce::D :crazy: :think:

13. Look at this BAD ASS obseving General Orders 1 through 3
One of the most profetic remarks I have ever heard uttered-F.Knox the first day we got our "smart books" a guy from Kansas says"Hey all these general orders seem to have something to do with guard duty". Little did we know.......

A soldiers stands on the firing range at Ft. Knox Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004. The soldier is among the 26 in the first batch of recruits with prior military service going through the Army's new Warrior Transition Course, taught at Fort Knox, 40 miles south of Louisville. After four weeks here, and for some, additional training in their specialty, half will likely join Army units in Afghanistan (news - web sites) or Iraq (news - web sites). (AP Photo/Ed Reinke)
