1. Ramen Noodles
Why? You get more variety of flavors, noodles are better than soup, Ramen Noodles are also cheaper, so I gotta go with the noodles though I would prefer Lo Mein to both.

3. Ramen by far..
They're both crap food, but at least ramen has the potential to be real food (with the addition of veggies and other improvised seasonings). I never use the seasoning packet because it's just salt and MSG. Campbell's Chicken Noodle is disgusting, IMO noodles aren't meant to soak in broth for months. Lipton noodle soup and Campbell's Tomato on the other hand are both yummy.

9. I can't choose
There are times when my stomach is acting up (from recent surgery and if I'm not hungry) and I need to get something in it so I choose Campbell's. I get the benefits of chicken broth with a few noodles thrown in which helps to make me feel like I've eaten something.

Other times, when I am hungry and I want something fast, I choose the Ramen Noodles. They're alot more filling than Campbell's is and as others have said, I can season them in different ways.

I will be very glad when I get back to having a normal stomach.
