12. Having never tried it (and never will), I've always wondered...
...is there any correlation between the pattern or color, and the, ahem... type or grade?

It always seemed to me to be a very strange way to formulate a drug. You sure don't see drug companies using it.

"Dad, what the hell are you doing?!?!"
"It's OK, honey... I'm just licking my Lipitor."

:-)

14. it all varied - there is no way to determine potency. You try a half and
then you know whether to take more - thats the golden rule

17. No other drug is as active at such a low dosage :)
We're talking an active does of under 500 micrograms.

Sandoz Pharmaceuticals originally produced in powder and tablet form, both of which were primarily inert substances with the requisite portions of the active ingredient.

Owsley Stanley used a pill press in his manufacturing process.

Paper became a defacto standard because of ease of concealment and portability. It became even more popular once the carrier weight laws went into effect (since repealed, these laws stated that sentencing should be based on the weight of the delivery device, not the active substance itself. Thus, the old style pills, sugar cubes, etc. would carry a much greater sentence than paper or liquid).

Not that I'm an expert or know a lot about it or anything :). I'm more into mycology expirementation :).
