4. I'm decent at best with computers, I need more then that
I've got a picture in Mircosoft Picture It! Express 7.0. How do I get it on a post now?

5. You need to upload it to a server then...
I know there are free hosting services that will allow you to do this, but I don't know of any... sorry :(
