3. Scientifically Tested Product
What is it supposed to do anyway?

Everybody had the little stickers back around 1968.

4. A friend of mine tried it....
He had a good trip for the first 8-10 hours or so and then it just went on and on and on, for about 48 hours. I thought he was bs-ing but I've read about it and heard that's not completely uncommon.

He knew a friend who knew a friend who was a psychiatrist and he had to see him to come to grips (and could get him some tranquillizers so he could sleep; he was afraid to close his eyes). It really didn't completely end after those first couple of days; he called it something like post-hallucinogen-perceptual disorder or something like that. It wasn't the same as flashbacks, he just kept having trippy perceptions for months; apparently that condition is pretty rare but not out-of-the-ordinary with STP. He still can't go to parties or clubs (too much sensory overload from the lights and sounds) even though he tried this back in the early 80s.

Pretty much not a good psychedelic to try -- read the erowid files on it; I think they come to the same conclusion. Lasts too long and is too heavy.

Why do you ask? Are you wanting to try it? I thought it disappeared a long time ago; only to be replaced by the alphabet-soup of modern psychedelics.
