Jack LaLane is 90!
He is amazing! I have seen guys 30-35 years younger than him who are not as spry. It is not his exercise program, or his diet, it is is passionate love of life that has kept him so healthy and young. Amazing! He is on the Today Show right now.

passion about the whole thing that makes it work. If you ever see him being interviewed you can tell how voracious he is about life. He is truly a legend.
