1. Avoid algebra at all costs
That's my motto. Never took any more algebra than I needed to get a diploma.

On the other hand, I had one semester in college where I had 4 lit classes and a writing class. Worked my ass off but I had a blast.

Literature would be my first choice, but I like math, too.

I prefer studying literature. Algebra is useful though and it was a required class at my high school (although I took it in 8th grade).
