Oh Shit, not another one - short rant

My boss is going to another Management Training Workshop.
He will spend several days playing games with an overpaid consultant in an expensive suit and bad cologne.
Last time he got these crazy ideas that just mucked up our time tested procedures.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Do these consultants ever do any good?
