Bush's eyes seem to be disappearing right into his head.....

He was so creepy looking last night on Dr. Phil. He looked like this pic
most of the time, and couldn't answer with any complexity questions he
had obviously been shown beforehand. Laura looked bizarre too with her
slightly crossed eyes and ugly "standing in a wind tunnel" hairdo.

I think this is what Bush looks like when he's trying to look cheerful without
smirking.

make sense--they should have been dressed in a similar mode.
