2. Their ISP upgraded some hardware this afternoon
DU shut down (with advance warning) for a few minutes for the work to be carried out. Looks like it worked.

i go to before here) that said 'new server' in it-that could be why.

6. True, but it has been slower for me *all* day,
not just since the shift - it seems to have something to do with the serving of the header, I might have changed my pop-up blocking settings inadvertently.
