2. Seriously, Wat, you really need to get you hands on a Martin Newell disc.
Martin is like the Pixies and Magnetic Fields all rolled together, except that Martin can actually sing, and write strong melodies and marvelous lyrics.

I guess I just skipped over everything else once I got turned onto Martin Newell.

(although to be honest, this thread is really just a copycat of the someone-else-with-the-last-name-Merritt threads - though I do love the Magnetic Fields)
