and people are feeling touchy and you post something that's too controversial or too RW soundingy... you are almost guaranteed to ping people's Freeper-dar.

Of course, this happens to higher post count people too, but prolly not as often. :shrug:

in a short amount of time, it will go off. its to keep spam bots from polluting the board. im not sure how fast you have to post for it to happen, but with normal posting, it shouldnt be a problem
