4. US state quarters are a big collectors item here ( Germany)

I'm giving mine as a Christmas gift to my mechanic.

Maybe not all over Germany but definitely here in Mannheim.

5. I'm so tired of

red state/blue state... Found these stats: "More than 25 million people who voted for Bush (or nearly 42% of his total) voted in blue states (states won by Kerry). More than 26 million people who voted for Kerry (or 46% of his total) voted in red states (states won by Bush)." No state is completely red or blue -- we all have our share of nuts.

7. It's still not right to label an

entire state -- I'm sorry, but I'm mentally exhausted from working my butt off fighting for a Kerry win, still trying to help fight the voting fraud, having to put up with being outnumbered already by the local repubs & deal with their shit, only to come to a site with other dems & be referred to as red anyway... it's just frustrating.
