Tater Tot Casserole for supper, what are you cooking?
Recipe: Tater Tot Casserole


Categories: Casseroles, Beef

Yield: 6 Servings

2 lb Ground Chuck
1 Onion, Chopped
12 oz Sour Cream

10 3/4 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
10 3/4 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup

16 oz Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 lg Bag of Tater Tots

Directions: Brown ground chuck and chopped onion; season with salt and pepper. Drain. Layer other ingredients into baking dish. Top with large bag of Tater Tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown and heated through.

10. I always put green beans in tater tot hotdish.
I haven't made it in a good long time, though. My husband doesn't like tater tots.

Tonight I am serving leftover Swedish meatballs with grean beans, broccoli, and fresh homemade biscuits.

groundbeef and on the bottom layer you could start with a layer of green beans...

I baked some premarinated Italian herb chicken that I bought at the grocery. I also baked garlic bread. I also made sun dried tomato penne.

I am having the left over large veal chop I had last night cooked with onions and cabbage and leftover salad. Usually my leftover salads are not that great the next day, but I used Glad Press'n Seal wrap to cover the bowl, the salad is like I made it today.
