7. I just about jumped out of my seat when I heard that song

A couple of days before I heard the commercial, that song popped into my head (hadn't heard it in years), so I went into my old archive of cassettes and was listening to it in the car on my way to class singing really loud. Then boom, last night, I hear it on TV. Nothing major I know, just a weird coincidence.

11. New FedEx ad - sly swipe at Shrub?

That's why I love it, anyway.

It's for their business shipping software. Shows a smug suit unpacking boxes. Woman appears saying, "I know it's your first day, but I really need your help with something." When she shows him the shipping stuff, he looks incredulous, and says "I don't do shipping." "It's easy, anyone can do it." "But I'm an MBA!" "Oooh, then I'll have to show you."

He and his wife are expecting their second child. They're hoping for a girl this time.
