Woman Wakes Up To Find Drunken Neighbor Sleeping With Her
<snip>

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Police report a drunken man stumbled into bed. The problem was it was the wrong bed and in the wrong apartment.

A drunken man apparently climbed into bed with his neighbor in Yorktown.

Yorktown Town Police said the 22-year-old woman awakened at 8:30 a.m. Monday and screamed when she found the man next to her in bed.

Police said she recognized the man as a neighbor, 22-year-old Jaime Lopez, in the Cedar Bond Lane apartment complex.

Lt. Anthony Masi said Lopez ran out and was arrested in his own apartment next door. He's being charged with criminal trespass and is free on $200 bail.

Masi said the apartments look alike and that the woman admitted that she didn't lock her door. Masi said the man was highly intoxicated and he apparently opened the wrong door, and went to bed.

4. We had that happen in college
the gal from downstairs came home smashed and walked up rather than down. She wandered right over to my roomate's bed and climbed in.It could ahve been an ugly scene but my roomate handled it well. Much better than her boyfriend handled it when we were finally able to wake her, figure out who she was and send her packing in the morning. :eyes:
