Any Something Corporate fans out there?
At age 55 and still a fan of pop music, I was stunned to encounter a new band called Something Corporate. They have an album called "Leaving Through the Bedroom Window" which is the best thing I have heard in years, decades maybe. Band leader Andy McMahon has an incredible ability to write great songs, and this album just has one incredible song after another after another after another. I've never heard anything like it. Got 10 bucks to spend? Pick up a used copy on Amazon. You will FREAK OUT.

2. I agree about all of those
Right now I am especially taken with "I Woke Up In A Car". The lyrics are so evocative and go so well with the melody. I write songs myself but gee, not like that.
