MUSICIANS: Anyone use Fruityloops 3, and can you help me with something?
I can't seem to get any VST files that I have downloaded to run in FL (version 3.1.1).

I virus scan the files, unzip them into the /Plugins/VST directory, that same path is set up under Directories, and all of the new VSTs are checkboxed and listed in the "Insert Channel" right-click popup menu in the Sequencer.

When I drag and drop to the Sequencer, I get a "Couldn't find any FLP file in this zipped archive" error message. This is with every VST, which were downloaded from several unrelated sites.

Anyone out there who can help me figure out what I'm doing wrong? Also, as a side question, how the heck does Fruity Wrapper work? I can insert it on the Sequencer, but I have no idea how to set it up once I get to the "browse to locate plugin" step.

Thanks in advance for any help or links anyone provides! :D
