Alternatives to Winamp?
I'm looking for a good alternative to Winamp -- just something that plays mp3s well and is reasonably well-featured, but loads faster than Winamp. Ideally, something that they haven't stopped developing, either, as they have Winamp. Any suggestions?

3. I ran iTunes on my WinXP P4 laptop, but...
it tended to hesitate/skip in MP3 playback, when winamp and Win Media player didn't.

I tried uninstalling and reloading, downloading updates, closing other programmes, etc., and it still didn't work properly, so I just use Windows Media Player.
