I'm fighting one nasty stomach virus (thanks BossLady for bringing your sick kid to contaminate the office on Friday!), and I got the call to go take the computer tests for the job I want so badly.

For those of you who don't know, it's a job with a union, and my pay will double!

I'm not worried that the stomach thing will have an effect on my testing, I'm slightly dehydrated and living by the grace of Immodium, but my cognitive powers are all in tact.

I test at 2 PM, Central time, so please send out the good vibes.

I really couldn't believe that the BossLady brought her kid to the office on Friday (fresh from the doctor), running a fever, coughing and sneezing. By Monday, all four of her kids were puking. I woke up yesterday at 4 AM with a rumbling stomach. I got paid to run to the bathroom every five minutes for half a day yesterday, but when I came home at lunch, I just stayed home. I still can't keep food on my stomach, but hell, who needs food?

I have absolute plans to kick ass!

14. Sending positive vibes..and get to health food store and buy some

acidophilus capsules. Take a few. It will help your stomach. Cannot hurt. It normalizes the intestinal flora. Helps out no matter what the digestive problem is.

They are very good to take whenever you take antibiotics. They counteract the side effects that some of us have when taking antibiotics (diarrhrea, and various other stomach upsets)

I came back from vacation one year with a bad case of the 'revenge'. Flowing freely from both ends, nothing solid to eat for 5 days, I got a call for a job interview. I was desperate to get out from my current job, so of course I went. Did just fine, got the job and held it for 3 years before moving on.
