Before the switch over to DU2, I had over 1000 posts. Now I just realized that my post count is down in the 990s. What happened?! This isn't fair, as slow as I post it'll take me the rest of the summer to get back over 1000!

I'm gonna have to start a vanity thread to run my post count back up.

7. I think I know why

When the switchover was being done, it was announced that any posts after a specific time would not count on the new DU, even while being racked up on the old one. I think it happened to anyone who was posting during the afternoon of the Big Switch.

I could be holding them for ransom too, so ya better be cool about it! :P

12. funny thing is...

...I didn't see that, nor was I posting much just before the switchover. As a matter of fact, I had made a couple of posts AFTER the switchover before I noticed it. And I know I'm not hallucinating, cause I'd made such an effort to get to the 1000 level. It was a posting frenzy that wore me out, I don't think I posted for a couple of months after that.

Personally, I think it was one of those freeper types that aren't with us any longer - like that sneaky Zombywoof - that stole them and slunk off.
