How the Dems can turn the Fear boat around in their favor
Repubs used fear tactics to get the results they wanted in the 04 election. If you don't vote for us, we will be attacked...orange alert, yellow, orange, red, whatever. Though their tactics were filled with lies and sensationalism, they worked.

This is my take on how Dems can use that strategy truthfully. We don't want the US to become a dictatorship like WW2. We are losing our place as leader of nations due to the administration's foreign and domestic policy, and this policy cannot be continued or we will become fascist. We cannot keep on the current path of war after war. We cannot allow ourselves to come to the ruin that Germany did by being too nationalistic and TAKING ON TOO MANY FRONTS. I am talking ad blitzes galore with comparisons between the Nazi's and the Bushies.

The recent media scandals show the administration is pushing propaganda. Add that to this new "Social Security War Room" that is tax payer funded, and we have obvious evidence that there is government sponsored propaganda.

Maybe also pictures of war ravaged Iraq, a clip of Abu Ghraib, and an image of Bush or Rumsfeld saying, "acts of a few", a picture of the Gonzales memo justifying the torture, and showing who the "few" are that are really responsible and a clip saying, "this is how the rest of the world, including our allies, sees America now. How will we fight terrorism without the aid or our allies, who helped us thwart a planned attack in 2000?"

Maybe I should write "Move On".
