1. I saw a post about their use over there one time

3. that would make < 100% completely accurate
the more accurate question is, what percentage of the population does recreational drugs, and of that percentage what portion like the go-fast stuff?

Anyway all that means is that the other 95% don't even have an excuse for their behavior.

I think you will find the popularity of speed varies according to ethnic groups, with the majority of users being poor, rural "white" people.

6. I don't know the answer but I do know that
Meth Labs are a growth industry in the woods of South Mississippi (a part of the country that went overwhelmingly for bush and is populated overwhelmingly by baptists). Hardly a day goes by when some bubba and family are busted for Meth labs and sales. The local paper even had a story about safety tips in case you run across one in the woods.
