What a great feeling! I chowed down at Wild Oats in the big city today, and brought back some more for a midnight snack! Mmmm... Tuna, Smoked Salmon and Spicy Chicken, draped with pickled ginger, smeared with heaping gobs of wasabi and liberally doused with soy sauce. I got it so hot I cried involuntarily. :)

Life is good.

Oops, I said Spicy Chicken, but I meant Spicy Shrimp, though sushi chicken does exist.

3. I Had Sushi For The First Time Two Months Ago
In Waco, TX (of all places).

We've been to a Japanese restaurant/sushi bar in Pueblo a few times since. The Princess likes the eel sushi rolls. I like the one with tempura salmon.
